Making Money by Branding and Advertising

Making Money with Combined Branding and Advertising is a Great Idea.

I you already have, or indeed, plan to have your own home business then two things you will need to consider are adverting  and business branding, both of which will defiantly set you on the right track to making money.

Building your brand is done on many different ways, people have logos and slogans created, advertising is used to draw people’s attention you your money making business, politicians send out spammy birthday cards and postcards nearing election times in the hopes of making you like them (personally this just makes me want to vote for the guy that didn’t spam me!).  There are a many different ways to brand your business and get great advertising and I came across a really interesting one.

You all know what a CAPTCHA is right?  Head on down the page and you will see the “comment” form, the CAPTCHA is the code or question that you have to fill in to register your comment.  Ads Captcha is a captcha entry tool and advertising tool all rolled into one.  Rather than trying to fill in the stupid nonsensical code (which is a real pain in the behind if you are dyslexic like me) you a presented with an advert and asked a simple question about it, because you have to look at the add you automatically read and make a mental note of it (“Just do it” – Nike’s slogan is just one example).

“While ordinary advertising might be ignored by innocent users, captcha advertising definitely could not be disregarded. Why? The user who reads the question related to the ad (the product / the business) must look at the ad in order to answer the question.   He is obliged to think for some seconds about the answer (again – the product / business).   He must type the answer (an additional step of referring to the product).   And so, without further thinking, his attention is drawn to the product that appears in the ad…

What an amazingly simple way get people to take notice of your advert without ever thinking about it (at least consciously)!
